- Never book over the phone – Go to the company in person and meet the owner and management team.
- Look at the limo condition and smell the inside. How old is the limo you are looking at and how many miles are on it.
- Where do the limos get serviced for regular maintenance or if something go wrong.
- Does the limo company have a full time reconditioning person to clean the limos?
- Where are the limos stored? Inside or outside?
- How do they track customer satisfaction?
- Ask the company if the limo you booked is the one that will show up on your day.
- If the limo is not going to show up ask the company to call you so there are no surprises on your wedding day when a different limo shows up.
- If calling around and they don’t return your call in a reasonable time that should put up a red flag.
- Some unethical companies will double book a limo and show up with an older and sometimes worse condition limo.
