FAQs
Are your drivers safe?
Our drivers are our employees, not random independent contractors that can do whatever they want. Our drivers have been fully trained, properly screened, drug tested, they have passed a complete road test, and safety certified all before they pick up you and your family.
I reserved an 8-passenger vehicle can I fit another person?
Absolutely not, we cannot allow more passengers than the vehicle is designed to carry due to insurance and DOT regulations as well as safety.
Can we drink alcohol and bring food in the vehicle?
Yes, if you and your guests are of the legal age (21 years or older) then you may consume alcohol as long as you reserved a vehicle that has a bar area installed. Yes, We suggest simple foods or dry sandwiches to avoid any accidents with condiments that can stain. Please remember that any excessive spills, stains, or damage are the responsibility of the contract holder.
Can I smoke or vape in the vehicle?
No, we do not allow smoking or vaping in any Feel Good Limo vehicle.
Can I change my itinerary while traveling and add more stops?
Yes, if you have reserved an hourly service, you may modify the reservation. However, if you reserved a point-to-point reservation such as an airport trip an additional charge can apply.
Can you price match?
There’s simply no way to match what some unlicensed and uninsured people may quote you. When you factor in the average per hour costs to operate legally which include fuel expense, driver pay, insurances, vehicle maintenance and of course the cost of a late model vehicle there is no way to compare it to the average joe who drives part time without state business license and without COMMERCIAL insurance.
Be aware if there is an accident on the road, even a fender bender you the passenger will not be covered by someone’s personal insurance policy while they are operating as a for-hire service. You will risk everything just to save a few dollars, it’s just not worth it.
