- Quote form: your name, email address, phone number, date of service, type of service, vehicle requested, hours needed, number of passengers, pickup location and time, stops and final drop off location.
- Driver questionnaire (job applications): your name, address, cell number, email address, driver’s license number, license type, answers about drug testing, your physical card, any accidents or DUIs in the last 10 years, and your driving experience.
- Reservations by phone, email or text: the details we need to book and provide your trip, including payment information as described in our Terms and Conditions. We do not collect credit card numbers through this website. Please do not send card numbers through our website forms.
- Blog comments: if you leave a comment, the name, email address and comment you enter, along with your IP address and browser information to help detect spam.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Job applicants

How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping reservation records for business, tax and regulatory requirements. Comments and their information are kept as long as the comment is published.
