Acceptance of Terms

Credit Card Retainers-Standard retainers are billed to the customers credit card upon booking and are non refundable and non transferable once the reservation has been placed. Any and all ticket admission fees are non refundable upon booking unless event is cancelled by promoter. Upon booking we will need the following information: name, address, credit card number, expiration date of the credit card, cvc number of the credit card (on back), phone, date and time of service, type of vehicle, type of service. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa or cash and check with appropriate processing time. Certain trips may require additional fees for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver. All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made. Feel Good Limo has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports. Vehicle rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing Feel Good Limo hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Feel Good Limo facility until the time it returns to the Feel Good Limo facility, with a 2 to 4 hour minimum depending on day of the week and type of event. Fractions of an hour are rounded to hour. Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations will incur additional charges at the prevailing Feel Good Limo hourly rate. Shall the Client cancel or postpone the services of Feel Good Limo for any reason and/or breach the terms of this agreement in any way, the Client agrees that Feel Good Limo will retain the total amount of any and all retainer and or payments made toward this contract as non-refundable and non-transferable and as liquidated damages not as a penalty. In case of cancellations within fourteen (14) days or less of the contracted date of service, full payment is due and required and will be non-refundable and non-transferable. A no-show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% service fee plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. To avoid a no-show fee, call the office asap or if you cannot locate your vehicle. Feel Good Limo shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions, breakdowns, accidents, or acts of war. Feel Good Limo assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
